All of our sinfully tasty dishes are homemade with love and passion.
For all our meals we’re rarely using industrial processed goods and no sugar. As far as possible, we are avoiding wheat, gluten and grain (pasta, bread, flour). We strictly fry with quality canola, walnut or linseed oil and use olive oil for cold dishes. With regards to fresh products (vegetables, fruits, meat and eggs), we are supporting local farmers and only use organic food. Our beef patties are always fresh, never ever frozen and daily grinded 100% black angus beef from a local butcher. Same as our buns, which are from a local organic bakery (optional gluten-free).
